Technical facilities
We offer tanks, pumps and various small materials for successful storage and discharge of our additives into your biogas plant.
Biological laboratory tests
We carry out a fermentation substrate analysis for you to determine the existing microorganisms. We then make recommendations on which substances the plant needs to make it efficient.
Prevention of diseases
Our products for animal and barn hygiene prevent udder and claw infections, as well as infections in the calving area, in the rearing of young animals and in the sick area. In addition, they reduce the fly brood in the stable.
Cost reduction in the barn
With our special preparations, you can save on veterinary costs and significantly reduce your workload. A healthy animal population improves milk quality and also increases sales revenue. It’s also easy to reduce the cost of fighting flies.
Increase in fertilising effect
With the use of our animal and barn hygiene products, the calcium and magnesium components included increase the fertilizing effect in your field.

The first use of our Deuto-Clear®-Sulfo preparation solution (DC-S) in a biogas plant showed extraordinary results in the field of desulphurization.
With this product, we were able to set a milestone: Hydrogen sulphide pollutant pollution was reduced and the methane concentration was significantly increased. For the first time, the amount of biogas produced has been continuously increased, determined, economical and ökönomic. Lukeneder pioneered the reduction of ammonia using chicken faeces as a monosubstrate.

The story began at the table in the dining room with the development of a patent for the treatment of leather factory and tannery waste water. Lukeneder succeeded in detoxifying and making tank-neutral wastewater in a leather factory in the greater Regensburg area, which was highly alkaline, heavily contaminated with sodium sulphides, sodium sulplowates, ammonium sulphides and ammonium-poly sulphides, so that it could be safely discharged into the municipal wastewater treatment plant.
Subsequently, the patented process was successfully implemented in other wastewater treatment plants in Germany.
